Best bet
Tennessee Titans +2.5 at Indianapolis Colts

Since starting the season with a 2-4 record, Tennessee Titans have won four of their last five games and could continue their push for the playoffs with a crucial win over divisional rivals Indianapolis.

Those four victories have come since Ryan Tannehill was named starting quarterback and he has helped reinvigorate their offence, as highlighted by the 77 points the Titans have put on the board in their last two games.

However, the real talisman in Tennessee has been running back Derrick Henry, who ran for 347 yards and scored four touchdowns in those games.

Indianapolis have gone off the boil with defeats in three of their last four games, and quarterback Jacoby Brissett has struggled to make an impact since returning from injury. He has thrown just one touchdown in his last three completed contests.

Running back Marlon Mack’s status is currently up in the air due to a hand injury, and his continued absence would be a huge blow to their offence. Star receiver TY Hilton has already been ruled out with a calf injury.

The Colts have been resilient on defence, allowing more than 20 points just once in their last five games, but given the form of both teams Tennessee look a good bet to keep pace and keep their post-season hopes alive.

Next best bet
New York Jets -3 at Cincinnati Bengals

Having previously been ranked the worst offence in the NFL, the Jets have come to life, scoring 34 points in each of their last three games.

Last week’s 34-3 win over Oakland was their best yet, and with the team looking rejuvenated they can secure a fantastic fourth successive victory against Cincinnati.

The Bengals are winless in their opening 11 games, which has led to them turning back to Andy Dalton at quarterback, and they look set to secure the first pick for next year’s draft.

But to their credit, they have been much more competitive in the past two weeks and running back Joe Mixon has been doing a good job picking up the slack on offence.

However, the Jets now boast the best rushing defence in the league and incredibly contained Saquon Barkley to just one yard off 13 carries when they beat the Giants last month.

With New York looking so slick on offence and resilient on defence, they should extend Cincinnati’s losing run.

Best points bet
Over 20.5 Cleveland Browns points at Pittsburgh Steelers

After three consecutive wins Cleveland are suddenly back in the playoff picture and they will not lack motivation to put points on the board against fierce rivals Pittsburgh.

Chaos erupted when the sides met just two weeks ago, with Browns defensive end Myles Garrett shockingly hitting Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph on the head with his own helmet in the final minute.

Both teams will be fired-up as a result, but Cleveland dominated their opponents in that 21-7 success and should get on top again.

They put 41 points on the board against Miami with wide receivers Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham gaining plenty of yards, while running back Nick Chubb continues to excel.

Pittsburgh will be starting undrafted rookie quarterback Devlin Hodges in place of Rudolph, and Cleveland could get some very favourable field positions in their clash at Heinz Field.

Best player bet
Tyler Higbee to score a touchdown in Los Angeles Rams at Arizona Cardinals

The Rams were thumped 45-6 by Baltimore last weekend but their offence can bounce back with Tyler Higbee finding the end zone.

Arizona have been leaking touchdowns to tight ends all season and with Gerald Everett out with a knee injury, Higbee could see his targets increase.
