The Los Angeles Rams have lost two games in a row and now face a road test against the Green Bay Packers in a game that could have big playoff implications come the end of the regular season.

Were the postseason to start today, the Packers would be seeded second with a record of 8-3, three spots better off than the 7-3 Rams after their recent dip in form.

Los Angeles hasn't won since Halloween, suffering a bad loss to Tennessee to start the month, followed by a 31-10 reverse to San Francisco. The Rams’ offence has suddenly stalled, scoring just 26 points in their last two games.

Wide receiver Robert Woods is out for the year, making the Odell Beckham Jr signing an even more sensible move. However, Beckham had no impact, making two catches for 18 yards, during an underwhelming debut against the Niners.

The Packers have lost two of their last three, but both of those losses came on the road.

They are 4-0 straight up and 4-0 against the spread in the friendly confines of Lambeau Field this season, numbers that are far more telling for this game.

Green Bay are dealing with injury issues on both sides of the ball but have successfully battled through those for much of the year and, most importantly, quaterback Aaron Rodgers has overcome a toe problem.

Rodgers has 21 touchdowns and four interceptions this year, including a 9-to-1 such ratio at home. Close to freezing temperatures and considerable winds on Sunday should only help the home team — at least more so than the visitors.
