Sky Sports Arena, 3.35am Friday

Golden State have been given the kick up the rear end they need and can hit back in Los Angeles by giving the Clippers a good hiding in game three of their playoff clash.

The scores are tied at 1-1 after the Clippers hit back to sneak the most unlikely 135-131 victory in game two.

And a series-ending injury to DeMarcus Cousins hasn't helped the Warriors' cause.

But in Kevon Looney the Dubs have an adequate back-up for Cousins while it’s hard to imagine so many of the Clippers' roster stepping up to the scoring mark as they did in game two.

The Warriors are champions for several reasons, one of which is being able to hit back from unlikely losses. And while the sweep may have gone, the champs can pave the way for a 4-1 series win by covering a 8.5-point spread.

Recommendation
Golden State -8.5
1pt 10-11 general
