National League favourites Salford set for slow start
Orient can claim at least a point in televised opener
BT Sport 1, 12.30pm Saturday
Big-spending Salford are hot favourites to follow up promotion from the National League North by winning the National League title but they may not have everything their own way and look worth opposing in their televised opener against Leyton Orient.
With new manager Graham Alexander and several new players on board, Salford may need time to reach their potential.
They will suffer a few setbacks along the way and the match against Orient, one of the biggest clubs outside the EFL, is a tough first game for them.
Justin Edinburgh has had his first full summer to work with the Orient players and they can secure at least a point.

Several new signings are in line to make their debuts, including striker Adam Rooney, who joined the club from Aberdeen.
Midfielder Dale Gorman and striker Matt Harrold missed last Saturday's 2-2 draw against Southend and are injury doubts.
Leyton Orient have lost two of their last nine matches.
