What's happening

Air hostess Amy is still fuming but it looks as if she's going to have to accept defeat. Curtis just isn't interested and now she's got to adapt to life in the villa as a single girl for the first time since she went in four weeks ago.

Otherwise, things appear to be getting back to normal. The fireworks caused by the re-coupling look to have gone out as the original members of the villa begin questioning whether they have made the right decision.

Lucie admits she's feeling nothing for George and it's difficult for us to judge because we've hardly seen him. You can forget about Maura and Marvin - he's surely going to be checking in at Palma airport in a matter of days.

But heads that had been turned appear to be turning back. Anna has been getting cosy again with Jordan, which is making Ovie as vulnerable as a strapping 6ft 7in basketball player could be.

He did, though, come out of his shell when out on a date with Amber so don't be surprised if he hangs about for a while yet.

But the big news is that Amber and Michael could be back on. A chat on the beanbags finished with plenty of laughs and the Geordie nail technician definitely believes the spark in her relationship with the Scouse firefighter is back.

He's told his new squeeze Joanna that there is no chance of the flames being rekindled, but that's not the story Molly-Mae reported later. Joanna was not happy.

Just before the credits came up, we were treated to Maura having a poolside dancing lesson with Curtis.

It's probably a very short price that you can guess what expletive Amy used to describe her former 'half-boyfriend' as she watched on from the kitchen.

Betting moves

Amber and Michael could be back in the game, which means they are as short as 8-1 to claim the main prize.

With Tommy and Molly-Mae still heavily odds-on, Anton and Belle could soon have a rival for the top spot in the market betting without the big two, particularly as they have been quiet for the last couple of days.

Sky Bet opened a market on which couples would be together after the next re-coupling, one in which the girls are set to choose.

If you don't like having money in your pocket, you could back Amy and Curtis to stay together at 4-9, while the dancer is 6-5 to hitch up with Maura.

If she finds herself below Joanna in the batting order, who will surely elect to couple up with Michael, then it could be worth taking the 2-1 that Amber pairs up with Ovie.

He looks to be losing the battle for Anna's affections with Jordan and the pair got on very well on their date, even though there didn't appear to be an emotional attachment.

What might happen next

The new boys look vulnerable. The pace needs to pick up a bit - it looks like there will be about another three weeks to go - and the deadwood needs to leave.

It would be amazing if George and Marvin lasted the week. They are among five boys - Jordan, Curtis and Ovie are the others - who are hovering around the 3-1 to 4-1 mark to be the next boy evicted and they represent the best value.

Amy looks a bit short at 6-4 to be the next girl to leave. She still has a story to end in the villa, even though there is the potential for her to head off on her own accord.

The Maura-Curtis situation could bring that issue to a head, but she might stick it out. Viewers will surely be intrigued to find out what happens anyway so it is difficult to see them voting her out.
