Dennis Praet is ruled out. James Maddison and Jamie Vardy have overcome niggles.
Danny Ings is out of self-isolation but is unlikely to play. Alex McCarthy, Oriol Romeu and Che Adams are available. Yannick Vestergaard, Nathan Redmond and Moussa Djenepo are out.
News that Saints hotshot Danny Ings is almost certainly out after a positive Covid test had punters rushing to get on the Foxes - but in-form Southampton shouldn't be given up on just yet.
Certainly Ings's absence would be a setback Ralph Hasenhuttl could do without – although the Austrian hasn't completely ruled out his top scorer – and with Jamie Vardy and Jamie Maddison both returning for Leicester after minor niggles, the scales have shifted.
But even if the seven-goal marksman is a non-runner, the well-drilled and improving Saints have every chance of avoiding defeat.
They don't get rolled over by anyone these days, they completed a series of three clean sheets by shutting out Liverpool last time, they are unbeaten in seven away games and haven't lost on their last five trips to the King Power.
Throw in the fact that ace counter-attackers Leicester have failed to win half of their eight home games this season and maybe the prices aren't quite on the money.
Saints have been super solid this season after a couple of ropey defensive efforts against, notably, Spurs and Chelsea earlier in the season.
They have certainly tightened up at the back, conceding just two goals in their last six matches.
The most recent of those results was that brilliant 1-0 win over Liverpool where they were good value for the win. There is still no Yannick Vestergaard in defence but with the help of Oriol Romeu dropping deep and helping keep tabs on Maddison, they have the manpower to shut out any team . They also boast loads of pace out wide – defensively as well as going forward – and just look a lot harder to break down.
Their only defeats in the last 15 were to the Manchester clubs and they go into this fixture nicely rested having not played for 12 days.
Leicester are unbeaten in five and should have top-four aspirations although they do concede too many goals. In five of their eight home games this season they have shipped two or more. Eight of the 21 goals they have conceded have been from set-plays and Southampton, orchestrated by the magnificent James Ward-Prowse, have bagged a joint league-high nine goals from set-pieces.
So even without Ings Southampton are definitely good enough to avoid defeat. After all, what's the worst case scenario? They lose 9-0? Yeah, like that's going to happen.
Leicester have won only ten of their 32 points this season - 31 per cent - at home.
