Liverpool captain and PFA Player of the Year favourite Jordan Henderson has been ruled out for three weeks with a hamstring injury picked up in Tuesday’s 1-0 Champions League defeat at Atletico Madrid.

Henderson, who is 7-4 with Ladbrokes to be crowned the Premier League’s player of the season, is set to miss league games with West Ham, Watford and Bournemouth, an FA Cup fifth-round tie at Chelsea and the return meeting with the Spanish side.

Henderson’s teammate Sadio Mane has been trimmed from 3-1 to 5-2 with Betway to win the award, with defender Virgil van Dijk a 5-1 chance.

Even with Henderson crocked, Jurgen Klopp's Reds are fancied to make light work of West Ham on Monday and they are 11-4 with bet365 to end the weekend as the Premier League’s highest scorers.

Southampton, who host Aston Villa, are next at 8-1 alongside a Manchester City side hoping to tighten their grip on second at Leicester.

Jose Mourinho makes his Stamford Bridge return with his Tottenham side just one point behind his former club Chelsea.

Bet365 go 8-11 that Chelsea finish the season above their London rivals, with Tottenham available at even-money.
