Kings XI Punjab v Kolkata
Sky Sports Cricket, 11.30am Saturday

Kolkata slipped out of the IPL playoff places after back-to-back defeats to Mumbai, the second of which was a 102-run drubbing at their home ground Eden Gardens.

The Knight Riders need to bounce back from that humiliation and getting rid of Kings XI openers Lokesh Rahul and Chris Gayle could be the key.

Rahul has batted beautifully this season, finishing unbeaten on 84 and 95 in his last two outings, but Gayle has struggled against his fellow West Indian Sunil Narine, who looks a decent price for the man-of-the-match award.

Problems with his bowling action mean Narine is a slightly less fearsome spinner these days but he still has more wickets and a better economy rate than any other Kolkata player this season.

He has also played some thrilling innings as a pinch-hitter at the top of the order, blasting a 15-ball fifty in the 2017 IPL and a 19-ball half-century this season.

Delhi v Bangalore
Sky Sports Cricket, 3.30pm Saturday

Delhi's Rishabh Pant smashed 128 not out off just 63 balls against Hyderabad yet even that wasn't enough to prevent an eighth defeat in 11 games for the Daredevils.

They face fellow strugglers Bangalore in Delhi, where bat has dominated ball this season. Both sides have powerful batting line-ups but demoralised bowling attacks so expect plenty of big hits.
