Green Bay offence can hurt the Vikings
Injuries hit Minnesota hard
Sky Sports Action, 6pm Sunday
Minnesota’s high hopes for the campaign have been lowered almost weekly as a succession of key injuries have hit them.
The Vikings will be without rookie running back Dalvin Cook for the rest of the season and quarterback Sam Bradford is back in the treatment room after hobbling through an ineffective first-half display in their unconvincing win at Chicago last week.
Back-up Case Keenum has had his moments this year but the Vikings won’t be considered playoff hopefuls until they have a fit Bradford leading the offence again.
Green Bay have also had a tough time with injuries but have won four of their five games and elite quarterback Aaron Rodgers may have his first-choice offensive line back in action.
Running back Aaron Jones has done a fine job filling in for Ty Montgomery but Minnesota have a strong run defence and this game should be won by the Packers’ passing attack.
