Phoenix Open & Ras al Khaimah Classic | The Sweet Spot

Bruce Millington and Steve Palmer are back with the latest episode of the Sweet Spot, the Racing Post's weekly golf tipping show, to provide their insight and best bets for this week's two tournaments.

The Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale takes centre stage on the PGA Tour, with world number one Jon Rahm the headline act of a pre-Super Bowl party.

There is also a decent field competing at the Ras al Khaimah Classic, where rising star Nicolai Hojgaard is chasing an Al Hamra Golf Club double after last week's four-shot triumph in the Ras al Khaimah Championship.

As well as assessing the impressive display from Hojgaard, the team analyse the Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Saudi International, picking out those who caught the eye and those who disappointed.

Not only does Steve have four fancies from the UAE and is double-handed at the Phoenix Open, but he has pinpointed some value in the other available markets.
