Gatland names experienced side to face the Crusaders
Farrell given first start at fly-half
British & Irish Lions head coach Warren Gatland has named an experienced team to take on the Canterbury Crusaders in Christchurch on Saturday as the tourists look to bounce back from defeat to the Blues.
Alun-Wyn Jones, who captained the Lions in the third decisive Test against Australia in 2013, again leads the team and in all nine of the players in the matchday squad were in the 23 that day.
Owen Farrell makes his first appearance at fly-half with Ireland's Conor Murray partnering him at number nine.
The Lions had been two-point favourites against the Crusaders before their defeat to the Blues on Wednesday but were pushed out to 5-4 after that 22-16 reverse while the Crusaders were trimmed to a shade of odds-on.
The Crusaders are top of the Super Rugby table with a perfect 14 wins from 14.
