Gallacher looks golden at odds-against for virtual match
Hot Scot should crush woeful Weir

Threeballs which can effectively be turned into twoballs are a dream for golf punters and the 8.50am Hassan II Trophy contest between Stephen Gallacher, Jaco van Zyl and Mike Weir looks exactly that.
Weir has become an embarrassment to professional golf in the last two and a half years, and the last cut he made was at the 2014 Barracuda Championship, where he finished 69th of 74 weekend qualifiers.
Weir has missed 33 cuts in a row since then, fitness and form sorely lacking, and with a 47th birthday looming the former Masters champion must surely be considering retirement. He missed the cut by five shots at Augusta last week and this debut at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam is surely going to end in disappointment, too.
High-rollers could try squeezing what seems an easy profit by backing Gallacher and Van Zyl, but punters unable to take that risk should side with Gallacher. Van Zyl has gone off the boil since blowing another golden chance of a maiden title in the Qatar Masters at the end of January. His European Tour form figures since are MC-83-MC.
Gallacher has finished in the top 30 in six of his last eight events, and been fourth and 19th in his last two starts at Es Salam. Van Zyl is a course debutant.
