Verdict

After a dismal start to the season Chesterfield are finally starting to show signs of promise with four wins in their last six games, and they can add another victory when they host Chorley.

The Spireites have not struggled in front of goal, but issues at the back have proven costly with just one clean sheet in their first 16 games. However, things seem to have improved after shutouts against Wrexham and Notts County.

They take on a Chorley team who have been notoriously woeful up front, scoring just two goals in their last seven matches.

Defensively they have been solid at times, with an incredible seven 0-0 draws this season, but given Chesterfield’s attacking prowess Chorley could be in trouble at the Proact Stadium.

Solihull take on Fylde and the hosts can hand new Coasters boss Jim Bentley his first league defeat.

Tim Flowers' side boast the best home record in the division and have won their last five games at Damson Park, scoring two or more in each of them.

Fylde are slowly showing signs of life again but have travelled poorly and will need to improve drastically to contend with the Moors.

Hartlepool have been on the right track and could edge an entertaining affair at Ebbsfleet.

New manager Dave Challinor got off to a flyer with a 4-1 win at Yeovil in the FA Cup on Tuesday, and that made it nine goals for the Pools in their last three road games.

Similarly Ebbsfleet have been finding the net and are off the bottom of the table, but defence remains an issue and they could be outscored.
