Rochdale are still in with a decent shout of reaching the Sky Bet League One playoffs but it is imperative they make the most of their game in hand on sixth-placed Southend when Keith Hill's men face AFC Wimbledon at Kingsmeadow.

Southend were 2-0 winners at Wimbledon on Saturday in a game where the hosts failed to register a shot on target and afterwards boss Neal Ardley was savage in his condemnation of the players.

Ardley will no doubt be hoping they respond to the criticism but the Wombles are punching above their weight with a budget that is around the 19th or 20th highest in the division.

They could be outgunned by a Rochdale side full of attacking threats and none more so than Ian Henderson, who has scored in each of his last four outings.

Rochdale have scored ten times in their last three games and that firepower should enable them to land a positive result.

The game of the night sees leaders Sheffield United host seventh-placed Millwall. The Lions have not won since their 6-0 FA Cup thrashing at Tottenham and put in a tired performance during Saturday's 1-0 loss at relegation-threatened Swindon.

Resurgent Bury head to Oxford after four straight clean sheets, and United may have one eye on their Football League Trophy final against Coventry at Wembley on Sunday.

No bets appeal in the Sky Bet League Two battle between Accrington and Cambridge. A win for United would put them only two points off the playoff pace.
