Nigeria v France

BBC Four, 8pm

Nigeria had no answer in their opener against Norway but they played well in beating South Korea and they have to go on the front foot against the hosts.

The Super Falcons have been the dominant force in African women's football for years but they have not got out of the group stage since 1999.

France were pushed all the way against Norway and having gained two wins, they could take the opportunity to make changes.

Even if they don't. Barcelona forward Asisat Oshoala is capable of giving the Bleues defence a difficult evening and her confidence should be boosted by an excellent goal in their 2-0 victory on Wednesday.

Recommendations
A Oshoala first goalscorer
0.5pt 25-1 Betway
A Oshoala to score at any time
0.5pt 13-2Betfair, Betfred, Paddy Power

Key stat
France have won 16 of their last 17 matches

South Korea v Norway

BBC red button, 8pm

Norway were unfortunate not to get something out of their game against France, having attacked with gusto before being sunk by a controversial penalty.

They were gifted an own goal but they have shown they are capable of making their mark in the knockout stages and they should be able to comfortably see off South Korea.

The Koreans have found themselves out of their depth, conceding six goals in their two matches, and they may not be able to penetrate the Norwegian defence.

Recommendation
Norway to win to nil
2pts 6-4 general

Key stat
South Korea have won just one of their last seven matches
