Arsenal Women begin their Champions League campaign tonight as they host Ajax in the first tie of their two-legged qualifier for the group stage.

The Dutch side pulled off a coup in the previous round, knocking out four-time winners Eintracht Frankfurt 2-1.

However Arsenal are a step up in class from those opponents, as they proved with a comfortable 4-0 win over Brighton on Friday.

Jonas Eidevall’s side can pick up a similarly smooth success in this European clash.

Elsewhere Scottish champions Rangers host Benfica and the visitors look the value selection.

Benfica gave a decent account of themselves in last year’s Champions League including a 0-0 draw with Bayern Munich and that form looks strong enough to get a win at Ibrox.
