Brisbane v Melbourne Victory, 9.50am

Few teams enjoy the trip to Brisbane and the Roar can get their fans in fine voice for the A-League season opener at home to Melbourne Victory on Friday morning.

The Suncorp Stadium was a fortress last term with Brisbane bagging maximum points in 11 of their 14 home games in the A-League and they also beat the Victory at home in the playoffs before the Roar’s run was ended at Western Sydney Wanderers in the semi-finals.
