It was perhaps fitting that the Premier League's most lethal forward last season happened to score the goal which won Chelsea the title.

The Belgian grabbed the winner off the bench as Antonio Conte's men were crowned champions at West Brom and he also finished with the Premier League's best minutes-per-goal record (MPG).
