Fantasy Premier League: Gameweek 2 transfer tips, advice and who to pick
Raheem Sterling, Mohamed Salah and Paul Pogba show their quality
Goalkeepers: Alisson injury could give a chance to Tom Heaton
It's no surprise to see Alisson the most transferred out Fantasy Premier League player this week with his managers dealt a serious blow when the Liverpool goalkeeper suffered a calf injury against Norwich.
The simple solution for many is to replace Alisson with his cheaper teammate Adrian, who looks a bargain pick-up at £4.5m. However, if you didn't already have Alisson it could be difficult to bring in Adrian due to the rule of only being allowed three representatives from the same club and many will have stacked Liverpool players elsewhere.
Aston Villa's Tom Heaton (£4.5m) is a transfer to consider. Villa's next eight fixtures are: Bournemouth (h), Everton (h), Crystal Palace (a), West Ham (h), Arsenal (a), Burnley (h), Norwich (a) and Brighton (h).
Defenders: Erik Pieters is all the rage
Burnley's Erik Pieters racked up a remarkable 14 points and will be all the rage at £4.5m, but at the same price Calum Chambers could offer a cheap way into Arsenal's defence.
They gave up few opportunities to Newcastle and look to have a solid chance of a clean sheet at home to Burnley although after that game the Gunners head to Liverpool before hosting Tottenham.
Only Harry Kane had more shots than Chelsea left-back Emerson (£5.5m) in round one but the Blues looked wide open at the back.
Midfielders: Anthony Martial could be a points magnet
Most of the high-profile players started well – Raheem Sterling scooped 20 points, Mohamed Salah 12 and Paul Pogba collected nine with Riyad Mahrez (£8.5m) also beginning the season with a bang.
Mahrez can't be certain of a start for Manchester City so repeating his 14-point haul will be difficult against Tottenham. Across Manchester Anthony Martial (£7.6m) could be a points magnet given that he is playing as a central striker and two cheap alternatives are Leander Dendoncker (£4.5m) and Marco Stiepermann (£5.5m).
Norwich showed great enterprise at Liverpool and Stiepermann had his moments, while VAR denied Dendoncker a goal in Wolves's stalemate at Leicester last week.
Forwards: Marcus Rashford is red hot
Marcus Rashford being on penalty duty ahead of Pogba could be key. A Manchester United forward on pens and trading at just £8.6m ticks a lot of boxes.
Neal Maupay hit the net on his Brighton debut from the bench and could be a nice buy at £6m. Three of Albion's next four matches are at home to West Ham, Southampton and Burnley.
