Everton 1-0 Watford

Injuries to Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin are not making things easy for Everton but one goal may be enough to land the spoils against Watford.

Claudio Ranieri's opening salvo as manager of the Hornets resulted in last weekend's humiliating 5-0 defeat at home to Liverpool, where they had just two shots on target. They fell to a 1-0 loss at Leeds prior to that and a similar scoreline appeals at Goodison Park.

Leeds 1-2 Wolves

Wolves have won four of their last five Premier League matches and showed great dedication to the cause when fighting back from 2-0 down to claim maximum points at Aston Villa last weekend.

By contrast, Leeds are struggling to scale last season's heights, having won only one of their first eight assignments.

Each of Wolves' last three Premier League wins have been by a single goal.

Southampton 2-0 Burnley

Southampton's recent performances have been much better than the bare results suggest and they can follow up last weekend's 1-0 win at home to Leeds by beating Burnley.

The Clarets haven't won any of their last 11 top-flight matches and have failed to score in three of their last four fixtures.

Crystal Palace 2-2 Newcastle

Both Crystal Palace and Newcastle were involved in Premier League thrillers last weekend and the goals look likely to flow again at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles have played out consecutive 2-2 draws with Leicester and Arsenal, while both teams have scored in each of Newcastle's last six league matches - three of those fixtures ended all-square.

West Brom 2-1 Bristol City

West Brom remain unbeaten after six Championship appearances at The Hawthorns and they can stretch that sequence to seven with victory over Bristol City.

The Robins have lost three of their last four league games - all those defeats coming by a single goal - while the Baggies have recorded back-to-back home wins over QPR (2-1) and Birmingham (1-0).

Bournemouth 2-1 Huddersfield

Early-season Championship pacesetters Bournemouth are showing no sign of relenting and they can maintain their unbeaten start at home to Huddersfield.

The Cherries have won nine and drawn four of their opening 13 league games and they have claimed maximum points in each of their last four starts at home, three of which ended 2-1.
