Spain are 7-2 favourites to be the first Nations League champions following Saturday’s 2-1 win over England.

The Three Lions, who had gone ahead through Marcus Rashford, have been pushed out to 16-1 to be the inaugural winners after the controversial Wembley loss, which saw a late Danny Welbeck goal ruled out.

Spain are 1-3 to win League A Group 4 - they play their second game at home to World Cup runners-up Croatia tomorrow. The Croats are 4-1 to win the three-team group with England out to 11-2 after suffering their third successive defeat.

England left-back Luke Shaw suffered a head injury at Wembley and has been replaced in the squad for Tuesday's friendly against Switzerland by Leicester’s Ben Chilwell.

Chilwell is joined in the squad by fellow Foxes starlet Demarai Gray and the pair will hope to play a part against the Swiss at their home ground.

World Cup star Harry Maguire will also be desperate to play in front of the Foxes' fans and he has committed his future to the club after signing a five-year deal.

Maguire, who started against Spain, was linked with a move to Manchester United in the summer.

Ireland have called up Portsmouth striker Ronan Curtis for Tuesday's friendly with Poland.

Curtis replaces Jon Walters who has returned to Ipswich, while Stephen Ward is back in Burnley after picking up an injury in Thursday’s 4-1 defeat to Wales.

The Welsh failed to capitalise on the victory, losing 2-0 to Denmark in their second Nations League match on Sunday.

Tottenham's Christian Eriksen scored both goals for the Danes in Aarhus.
