Ipswich v Derby

Ipswich have struggled alarmingly in the Championship this season and their descent towards League One looks set to continue when they face playoff-chasing Derby at Portman Road.

Derby are not playing as fluently without injured midfielder Mason Mount but they have kept three successive clean sheets and another shutout can lay the foundation for success in Suffolk.

Recommendation
Derby
2pts 88-100 Hills

Leeds v Swansea

It has been a nervy start to 2019 for Leeds, whose dodgy spell could continue with a failure to beat mid-table Swansea at Elland Road.

Since the 'Spygate' story broke, Leeds have won two, drawn one and lost two. They look a lot less confident and assured than earlier in the season and could be exposed by the Swans, who have lost one of their last nine matches.

Recommendation
Swansea or draw double chance
1pt 13-11 188bet

Preston v Norwich

Norwich haven't lost on their league travels since August and are overpriced to take maximum points at Deepdale.

Daniel Farke's men opened up a two-point lead at the top by beating Ipswich 3-0 on Sunday. Preston are unbeaten in five and will offer a stern test but Norwich have the better attacking players and look the likelier winners.

Recommendation
Norwich
1pt 15-8 Hills

Wigan v Stoke

Nathan Jones described Stoke's performance in Saturday's 1-0 loss at home to West Brom as the best since he took charge but it was far from convincing and his team could be heading for further disappointment at Wigan.

Stoke's players are struggling to get to grips with Jones's diamond formation and their adjustment period looks good news for Wigan, who have won eight home league games this season.

Recommendation
Wigan
1pt 9-5 general

Reading v Blackburn

Blackburn's playoff push has hit the buffers with back-to-back defeats but Tony Mowbray's side can get back on track by beating Reading in Berkshire.

Rovers competed on fairly even terms in a 1-0 loss at home to Bristol City on Saturday and face an easier task against the Royals, who have won one of their last 16 games.

Recommendation
Blackburn draw no bet
1pt 10-11 Betfred
