Match preview

Celtic turned on the style en route to their Scottish Premiership title last season and they could pick up where they left off with a high-scoring win against Aberdeen.

The Bhoys scored 92 goals last season and have brought back almost all of their stars from that campaign, with the signing of winger Jota on a permanent deal a standout piece of business.

For Aberdeen, their most impressive player in the opening games of the campaign has been centre-back Liam Scales, who will be ineligible to play here against his parent club.

Without Scales, the Dons could struggle to contain a Celtic attack who look likely to be even stronger than last term with Kyogo Furuhashi back to full fitness.

The Bhoys came out on top 3-2 the last time these two sides met and another Celtic victory with over 3.5 goals is the selection.

In Sunday's other fixture, Motherwell will look to move on from their 3-0 aggregate defeat to League of Ireland side Sligo Rovers in the Europa Conference League qualifiers when they face St Mirren.
