Preview

The Scottish Premiership takes a break for the international action but there are a couple of good punting opportunities in the second-tier this weekend.

Kilmarnock have had to settle for second-best behind Arbroath for much of the season, but they have now moved two points clear of their title rivals at the top of the Championship.

Derek McInnes is a good manager at this level and Killie have lost just one of their six home league matches since the arrival of the former Aberdeen boss.

Kilmarnock racked up 15 shots on goal in a 2-1 win against Queen of the South last weekend and that was a fairly impressive performance.

Scott Robinson and Dylan Tait have been ruled out for the season through injury, but Killie should still have enough quality to see off a Partick side who were hammered 4-1 at Dunfermline in midweek and 4-0 by Hamilton last weekend.

On the subject of Hamilton, the Accies look good value to see off Queen of the South at New Douglas Park.

Stuart Taylor's men have lost just one of their last eight matches and that was at league leaders Kilmarnock.

Queen of the South are bottom of the second-tier table and they haven't shown a great deal in recent defeats against Partick, Raith and Killie.
