Rotherham promoted back to the Championship at first attempt
Shrewsbury beaten in playoff final
All three teams relegated from the Sky Bet Championship last season bounced back at the first attempt as Rotherham joined Wigan and Blackburn in gaining promotion from League One.
United needed extra-time to see off Shrewsbury in Sunday's playoff final at Wembley before coming through 2-1 after a 1-1 draw in normal time.
Rotherham centre-back Richard Wood was the unlikely hero, scoring both goals. Shrewsbury levelled through Alex Rodman.
Sky Bet rate Rotherham 12-1 to gain promotion from the second tier next season, while Shrewsbury are 11-2 to go up from League One.
