Olympiakos triumphed over Turkish side Osmanlispor 3-0 on aggregate in the round of 32, but Besiktas are a much stronger side and, given a favourable draw, could go all the way to the final.

Lyon are in a strong position after dominating the second half of their first leg against Roma - turning a 2-1 deficit into a 4-2 victory - but they could be set for a nervy night in the Italian capital.

Attack-minded Roma are averaging 2.85 goals per home game in Serie A and will do everything in their power to turn the tie around.

The Italians should win on the night but qualification will be a close-run thing.
