James Maddison's inclusion in the England squad was the headline decision of Gareth Southgate's Thursday announcement and the 25-year-old can cap off a fantastic week by helping Leicester to defeat West Ham at the London Stadium.

The Foxes were propping up the table a month ago but they have climbed out of the drop zone with three wins from four league matches.

Maddison is one of the few Foxes players to have played at a consistently high standard and he set up both goals in last Saturday's 2-0 success at Everton.

There was a confident look about Leicester at Goodison and they have every chance against 15th-placed West Ham, who find themselves in an uncomfortable position.

The Hammers had a tough early-season schedule and were widely expected to improve as the campaign progressed.

However, they were poor in last Sunday's 2-1 loss at home to Crystal Palace and may have to face up to another defeat come Saturday.
