Match preview

Wolves were on an eight-game unbeaten run in the Premier League before Arsenal put an end to that effort last weekend but they look set to get back on track with a victory over Sheffield United.

Nuno's side are in the hunt for Europa League qualification and they may not have given up hope of a top-four spot either. Few would have fancied Sheffield United to rival Wolves' European ambitions this season but the Blades are still in the race despite a stuttering return from lockdown.

United were unlucky not to win their first game back- a 0-0 draw at Villa, but they were then on the end of 3-0 defeats at Newcastle and Manchester United.

Chris Wilder's squad looked stretched in that hammering at Old Trafford and the Blades boss has done well to sharpen his side to take four points from their last two Premier League games against Spurs and Burnley.

Midfield men John Fleck, John Lundstram and Luke Freeman are all out injured for the Blades and they look pretty bare in the centre of the park.

Wolves are well adept at controlling the tempo of the game from midfield and Sheffield United's absentees could hand the advantage to Nuno's men.

The hosts are not easy to break down but the visitors have scored nine goals in their last five Premier League away matches and look worthy of support.

Key stat

Wolves have won their last three Premier League away games
