Burnley v Everton
Team news
Burnley
Jack Cork (shoulder) and Danny Drinkwater (ankle) remain out of contention.
Everton
Andre Gomes (rib) and Theo Walcott (head) are available but Jean-Philippe Gbamin (thigh) misses out.
Verdict
Under pressure Everton manager Marco Silva got a decent performance from his side when they lost 3-1 at home to Manchester City last Saturday but needs a result when the Toffees take on Burnley at Turf Moor.
Despite many encouraging aspects from the game against City, Everton slipped to 15th place and could drop into the relegation zone if results go against them this weekend.
Sean Dyche has moulded Burnley into an effective unit but they lost home and away to Everton last season and may suffer another defeat to the Merseysiders.
Key stat
Everton have won six of their last nine matches against Burnley.
Liverpool v Leicester
Team news
Liverpool
Alisson (calf) and Joel Matip (knock) are doubts and Xherdan Shaqiri (calf) misses out.
Leicester
James Maddison (ankle) is available but Matty James (Achilles) is out long-term.
Verdict
Liverpool's 100 per cent record is piling huge pressure on their title rivals but their remarkable sequence of 16 league wins may be brought to an end by Leicester, who look good for a point at Anfield.
There has been plenty of talk about Leicester pushing for a top-four finish but, if they were to defeat Liverpool, they would be only four points shy of the summit.
Liverpool rode their luck at Sheffield United last Saturday, profiting from a goalkeeping blunder from Dean Henderson, but their good fortune may be set to expire.
Key stat
Leicester have lost one of their last ten fixtures.
Norwich v Aston Villa
Team news
Norwich
Ralf Fahrmann (groin) has joined Tim Krul, Christoph Zimmermann, Timm Klose, Tom Trybull and Onel Hernandez on the absentee list. Alex Tettey (groin), Jamal Lewis (elbow) and Mario Vrancic (calf) are doubts.
Aston Villa
Tyrone Mings (shin) and Wesley (head) are available but Jonathan Kodjia and James Chester remain sidelined.
Verdict
Alarm bells are ringing for newly-promoted Norwich and Aston Villa, who have been dragged into the thick of the relegation scrap, and this week's Carrow Road encounter feels like a big game.
Half of Norwich's six points were accrued when they stunned Manchester City 3-2 last month, but matches against potential relegation rivals are even more important and the Canaries head into the Villa fixture with a severely depleted squad.
Villa threw away three points when losing 3-2 at Arsenal on their last road trip but may be more successful in Norfolk.
Key stat
Norwich have not kept a clean sheet in 14 matches.
Watford v Sheffield United
Team news
Watford
Will Hughes has recovered from a minor injury but Troy Deeney (knee) will not be ready until later this month.
Sheffield United
Billy Sharp has completed a three-game ban but David McGoldrick (groin) is out.
Verdict
Nothing has gone right for Watford this season but the tide could turn with a victory over Sheffield United at Vicarage Road.
The Hornets played some decent stuff in last Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Wolves – winning the shot count 14 to six.
Quique Sanchez Flores needs his team to play with a little more freedom but that may come if Watford can edge in front and get their confidence up.
Sheffield United have not lost in three away games this season and are tricky opponents but Watford have better quality attacking players and look value at odds-against.
Key stat
Watford have won their last three matches against Sheffield United.
