Liverpool should dismiss Saints with the minimum of fuss
Southampton could be chasing the game quickly
3pm Saturday
Liverpool seem to be going from strength to strength and they should dispatch struggling Southampton with the minimum of fuss.
They were hugely impressive in the 3-2 success over Paris St-Germain and could revert to their first-choice front three against Saints with Roberto Firmino set to start.
Saints frittered away a two-goal lead in their 2-2 draw at home to Brighton on Monday but they could soon be chasing the game on Merseyside and their ability to respond is reduced with star striker Danny Ings unable to face his parent club.

Liverpool-Liverpool double result
