Key Fantasy Premier League updates from over the international break

With players representing their countries around the globe over the last 12 days, here is a round-up of everything that happened to help inform your FPL selections.
Who was among the goals?
Mikel Merino (Arsenal, £5.9m): Scored a hat-trick for Spain in their 6-0 win over Turkey and also scored in a 3-0 win over Bulgaria.
Erling Haaland (Manchester City, £14.1m): Scored five goals and assisted twice for Norway in their 11-1 victory against Moldova. He also scored a penalty versus Finland.
Noni Madueke (Arsenal, £7.0m): Scored his first international goal for England in their 5-0 win over Serbia.
Sandro Tonali (Newcastle, £5.4m): Scored a stoppage-time winner for Italy in a dramatic 5-4 victory against Israel to save the Azzurri's World Cup qualification hopes.
Pape Sarr (Tottenham, £5.0m): Scored for Senegal in both of their games over the break, first in a 2-0 win over Sudan and then in their 3-2 win over DR Congo.
Bernardo Silva (Manchester City, £6.4m): Scored and assisted for Portugal in a 3-2 victory over Hungary. The midfielder was left on the bench for Portugal's other fixture against Armenia.
Declan Rice (Arsenal, £6.5m): Scored for England in their 2-0 win over Andorra and provided two assists in the 5-0 victory against Serbia, one of Tuchel's standout players over the break.
Who picked up injuries?
Omar Marmoush (Manchester City, 8.4m): The forward sustained a knee injury while playing for Egypt. He was seen on crutches and will miss the Manchester derby.
William Saliba (Arsenal, £6.1m): The defender was released from the French national team to be monitored by Arsenal's medical staff. The injury is reportedly a sprain and could sideline him for a number of weeks.
John Stones (Manchester City, £5.5m): The defender withdrew from England's squad with a muscle issue.
Diogo Dalot (Manchester United, £4.5m): Like Stones, the Portuguese also opted to not link up with his international teammates due to a muscle problem.
Matty Cash (Aston Villa, £4.5m): Cash was forced off with an injury at half-time after scoring Poland’s opening goal in a 3-1 win over Finland on Sunday evening.
What else happened has happened?

Ange Postecoglou replaced Nuno Espirito Santo as Nottingham Forest boss on a chaotic Tuesday at the City Ground.
Postecoglou was sacked by Tottenham despite winning last season's Europa League, a competition Forest find themselves in this term.
The Reds face a challenging trip to Arsenal this weekend and Postecoglou will not have had much time to work with his players as they return from around the globe.
It is also worth noting that players returning from South America could be worth avoiding, with their fixtures played later than those in Europe and the extra distance to travel back to the UK.
Alexander Isak is by no means guaranteed to go straight into Liverpool's starting line-up. The £125 million buy played just 20 minutes for Sweden and hasn't played a domestic fixture this term.
Fellow Anfield new boy Hugo Ekitike has also been in fine form in the number nine position since joining from Eintracht Frankfurt this summer.
