Everton sack Marco Silva: David Moyes odds-on to take over
Duncan Ferguson will be in Toffees dugout against Chelsea

Everton sacked manager Marco Silva on Thursday evening following Everton’s defeat at Liverpool the previous night.
That 5-2 reverse, their third defeat in a row, left the Toffees in the relegation zone, while Silva’s exit means the club are looking for their fourth permanent boss since Roberto Martinez was sacked in May 2016.
David Moyes was long odds-on last night to take over, with River Plate boss Marcelo Gallardo, Eddie Howe and Rafael Benitez and Mikel Arteta all at double-figure prices behind him.
Silva, who took charge in May 2018, won 24 and lost 24 of his 60 games. He is the fifth Premier League manager to leave his post this season.
Duncan Ferguson will take charge of the team for Saturday's home match against Chelsea.
Paddy Power make Everton 4-7 to finish the season in the bottom half and 13-2 to be relegated.
