Barcelona have conceded defeat in their battle to hold onto Neymar, who is on his way to Paris St-Germain in a record-breaking £198m transfer.

PSG have been trimmed from 12-1 to a general 10-1 for the Champions League although bet365 still offer 11-1 about the French giants.

Neymar's departure leaves a major void at Camp Nou and may intensify Barcelona's efforts to land Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.

Barca's pursuit of Coutinho has been met with stubborn resistance but their spending power has been significantly increased and punters are speculating that the transfer will go through this summer.

Coutinho has shortened from 9-4 to 11-10 with Coral to become a Barcelona player this summer and the Brazilian is 4-6 to stay at Anfield.

Barca are likely to have alternatives on their target list and are reported to be interested in Dele Alli. The Tottenham player is 12-1 with Betway to join the Catalans.

Selling Coutinho might give Liverpool a better chance of landing top defensive target Virgil van Dijk.

Coral are betting on Van Dijk's club after the summer transfer window and make Liverpool 1-3 favourites. The stopper is 2-1 to stay at Southampton and 10-1 to sign for Chelsea.
