Match preview
Plymouth kept their FA Cup adventure going with a hard-fought 2-1 success at Rochdale on Sunday but their League One results have taken a turn for the worse recently.
Argyle started the season with fairly low expectations and are entitled to be pleased with their 36-point haul after 20 games. However, Ryan Lowe's side finished November on the back foot following three straight league defeats.
Plymouth have lacked energy in the second half of recent games and could be worn down by the Dons, who won 4-0 at Morecambe in their last league outing.
Liam Manning's free-scoring side are League One's top scorers with 37 goals and they could expose a Plymouth defence weakened by a long-term knee injury to central defender Brendan Galloway.
Key stat
Plymouth have lost their last three league matches.
