UCD could cause a mild surprise and close the gap on eighth-place Waterford by winning at the Belfield Bowl (7.45pm Friday).

Waterford should be winning this clash but they should have beaten Finn Harps last weekend too, losing 1-0 at home to a side who had claimed three points on the road all season.

Cork City look set to get overrun in midfield against Shamrock Rovers (4pm Sunday) the only concern for Hoops backers is that the game is sandwiched by the Europa League ties against Limassol. Rovers should win this comfortably.

Bohemians have been hit-and-miss lately and Sligo look well-overpriced at 11-4 at the Showgrounds (8pm Saturday), before which St Patrick's host Dundalk (5.30pm Saturday).
