FAI Cup final
RTE2, 3.40pm Sunday

Dundalk should show their class and beat Cork City in the FAI Cup final.

This is the fourth successive final involving the two teams who have dominated Irish football in recent years. Cork were the better side when they had Sean Maguire but they have been miles behind the league champions since he joined Preston.

Cork have managed to stifle the Lilywhites in head-to-head combat, or at least they were able until this season. Dundalk trounced them 1-0 at Turner's Cross in the game that effectively decided that their title reign was over.

Stephen Kenny's men go into the game in sensational form and City are nowhere near as tight at the back as they were. There are question marks over who John Caulfield will start in midfield.

One goal might nick this but it's easy to envisage Dundalk nabbing a second if Cork have to open up at the Aviva Stadium, so backing the County Louth men giving up a goal on the handicap looks best at 11-4.
