It is only two seasons since Jack Grealish was an integral member of Manchester City's treble-winning side but there seems to be little chance that he will he a Citizens player for much longer.

Grealish made 50 appearances in all competitions in the treble-winning season but he has been used much more sparingly by Pep Guardiola since.

The 29-year-old started just seven of his 20 Premier League appearances in the 2024-25 campaign, and Guardiola's decision to bring on debutant teenager Claudio Echeverri instead of Grealish in City's FA Cup final defeat to Crystal Palace hinted that his time at City may be coming to an end.

Guardiola left out Grealish entirely for their final-day trip to Fulham and he is not City's squad for the ongoing Club World Cup in the USA.

Where will Jack Grealish be after the summer transfer window?

At present it is hard to see where Grealish fits in – but the safe bet is not at Manchester City.

Another Premier League club would be the likeliest destination and reports have suggested that City could be open to allowing him to leave on loan.

That may be more appealing to any potential suitor given Grealish is said to earn a weekly wage of £300,000, so the option of paying a portion of this and a loan fee would be the less expensive option.

Tottenham, with new boss Thomas Frank at the helm, have emerged as one of the favourites to sign the 29-year-old, while Everton were reported to hold an interest but have gone from favourites to an 8-1 chance to sign Grealish.

Newcastle are said to be interested in the England man while Italian champions Napoli, who recently announced the signing of Kevin De Bruyne from City, have increasingly looked towards the Premier League for potential recruits.

Grealish's former club Aston Villa will be in the Europa League next season and a return to his boyhood club may appeal to Grealish, who Villa sold to City for £100 million in 2021.

Unai Emery showed last season that he can revive the fortunes of one underperfoming England international in Marcus Rashford, who was a different player after arriving at Villa Park on loan in January, and the Spaniard may believe he can do the same with Grealish.

Everton8-1Will be desperate to progress following their move to Bramley-Moore Dock and that will mean an upgrade in playing personnel.

Bayer Leverkusen16-1New boss Erik ten Hag faces a rebuild and, with Florian Wirtz on the verge of a mega-money move to Liverpool, the German outfit would have the financial clout to tempt Grealish.

Outside bets to be Jack Grealish's next club

Grealish has already seen former City teammates Riyad Mahrez and Aymeric Laporte make the move to the Saudi Pro League and the 29-year-old's wage demands will not be an issue for any Saudi outfit.

He is 20-1 to move to the Middle East but a transfer to a European club would seem more likely if Grealish heads abroad.

AC Milan, who signed Kyle Walker on loan from City last season, are 20-1 to tempt Grealish to Italy, the same price as their rivals Inter.

Our verdict: London calling for Grealish?

It's difficult to see Grealish having a future at Manchester City after being omitted from Pep Guardiola's Club World Cup squad, the latest in a line of recent snubs for England international.

Matching his wage demands will be an obstacle for any potential suitor, although a loan move would negate that to some extent.

Everton, who have fallen foul of PSR in the past, will be rightly cautious to ensure they can afford any potential move and they don't have the financial clout of Tottenham, who will have the extra income of Champions League football next season.

There is no doubt that Grealish's qualities would suit Spurs, and it has been rumoured that Heung-Min Son could leave north London this summer, so there is a potential vacancy in their squad.

Frank will be eager to put his own stamp on Tottenham after taking over from Ange Postecoglou, and it's perhaps telling that a Grealish Spurs move has steadily shortened up since the Dane's appointment as manager.

What are the odds on Jack Grealish staying at Manchester City?

Grealish has been a regular on the bench at Manchester City this season so it is understandable that he is 12-1 with bet365 to still be at the Etihad come the end of the transfer window

Who are the favourites to sign Jack Grealish?

Tottenham are as short as 5-2 to sign Grealish, either permanently or on loan, but there are a number of other clubs said to be looking at the 29-year-old.

Which Premier League clubs are interested in Jack Grealish?

As well as Spurs, Everton, Newcastle, Tottenham and Aston Villa all feature prominently in the betting.
