Fourth qualifying round
3pm Saturday

It has been a disastrous start to the season for Maidstone, and Leyton Orient look primed to hand them an early exit from the cup in the fourth qualifying round.

Harry Wheeler’s side have succumbed to defeat in eight of their last 11 matches and registered just one win at home all season.

They were edged out 2-1 by Orient in August. Justin Edinburgh's side are yet to lose an away match and have scored ten goals in their last three road trips. They can add to Maidstone’s misery.

Chorley are fancied to upset Barrow. The Lancashire side have been running riot in the National League North this season and are yet to taste defeat, conceding just five goals in their 12 matches.

Ian Evatt has steadied the ship since taking over as manager of Barrow in the summer, but the hosts look attractive odds to come away with the spoils.

That may not be the only shock, as struggling Dover travel along the east coast to take on Essex side Concord Rangers.

The Whites have been in freefall since August and are on a run of 12 games without a win.

While they showed signs of rejuvenation in a draw at Harrogate last week under new boss Andy Hessenthaler, their opponents have had a steady campaign in the National League South and could come out on top.
