It was a shocking performance from Millwall, compounded by a late injury to Shaun Hutchinson, but the odds still look tempting against the blunt Blades.
Playoff finalists Millwall finished 15 points ahead of United in Sky Bet League One last season and there has been nothing to suggest this term that Chris Wilder’s arrival as manager will see a major upturn in fortunes.
