Holland are evens to win the inaugural Uefa Nations League title after beating England 3-1 in extra time in Guimaraes to join hosts Portugal in Sunday's final.

The Three Lions took the lead just after the half hour when Marcus Rashford composed himself, after being brought down clumsily by Matthijs de Ligt, to cooly convert a penalty.

De Ligt levelled matters on 73 minutes with a powerful header from a Memphis Depay cross and, while a Jesse Lingard finish was ruled out for offside after a VAR referral, the Oranje largely controlled the tempo and nature of play in the 90 minutes.

The Dutch patience and pressure paid off in extra time when they capitalised on two England errors.

On 97 minutes, John Stones slipped in possession and Quincy Promes forced the ball in off Kyle Walker after Jordan Pickford could only parry out a Depay drive.

Then with six minutes remaining, Promes slotted home from Depay cross following a wayward backpass from Ross Barkley.

Portugal are 4-5 with Betway to prevail at Estadio do Dragao after Cristiano Ronaldo's hat-trick secured a 3-1 success in Wednesday's semi-final with Switzerland.
