Hartlepool can keep their heads above water at Barrow
National League
BT Sport 1, 7.45pm Wednesday
Cash-strapped Hartlepool are battling to avoid a second successive relegation and can boost their survival hopes by avoiding defeat against fellow strugglers Barrow at Holker Street.
Pools have had another miserable season but showed plenty of spirit on Saturday to salvage a 3-3 draw at promotion-chasing Fylde, having trailed 3-1 with 87 minutes gone.
They should be stronger defensively with centre-back Scott Harrison back from suspension and have no reason to be fearful of Barrow, who are on the same number of points (39) and haven't won a home league game since October.
Recommendation
