Hearts to win & over 2.5 goals

Hearts have been an absolute revelation in the Scottish Premiership this season, opening up a nine-point gap at the top of the table after 11 games. They have won nine of those games and look set to wrap up a tenth success when they host Dundee United, who are parked firmly in midtable.

The Jam Tarts were 3-2 winners over these opponents earlier in the campaign and should land another high-scoring success in this one.

Derek McInnes' men put four past Dundee last weekend and could dismiss their city rivals in similarly comfortable fashion at Tynecastle. 

Claudio Braga and Alexandros Kyziridis are both making strong cases to be signings of the season in the Scottish Premiership, while Lawrence Shankland has bounced back from a disappointing campaign last season to net seven goals already.

Dundee United are the third-highest scorers in the division and have netted nine times on their travels this season, suggesting they could play their part in a high-scoring affair, but Hearts' attacking quality may be the difference between the two teams.
