Europa League favourites Villa claimed an impressive 1-0 win at Lille in Thursday's last-16 first leg but injuries and a short turnaround leave them vulnerable against United.

Emery is particularly short-staffed in midfield as Youri Tielemans, Boubacar Kamara and John McGinn remain sidelined.

The depleted visitors may struggle to stifle the creative threat of United captain Bruno Fernandes, who looks a great bet to claim at least one assist.
