Football accumulator tips for Tuesday November 22: France to bring home 9-2 acca

Easy successes on the cards for Argentina and Denmark

There are four fantastic matches to look forward to on day three of the 2022 World Cup with Argentina, who have been one of the best backed teams in the build-up to the competition, getting the action underway against lesser lights Saudi Arabia.

Elsewhere, France and Denmark aim to justify favouritism against Australia and Tunisia, while Mexico meet Poland.

Racing Post expert Aaron Ashley has picked out a fourfold which pays out at 9-2 with William Hill. All bets must be placed by 10am on Tuesday

Racing Post football expert Aaron Ashley has picked:

Argentina v Saudi Arabia

Argentina have won to nil in seven of their last eight games, a run which includes a 3-0 win over European champions Italy, and they should see off Saudi Arabia with the minimum of fuss. The minnows have failed to score in four of their last five games at the World Cup finals.

Denmark v Tunisia

Denmark have improved dramatically in recent years and they beat France home and away in the Nations League. The Danes, who were also Euro 2020 semi-finalists, can outclass a toothless Tunisia side who failed to score in three of their five Africa Cup of Nations matches earlier this year.

Mexico v Poland

This looks a key clash in determining who qualifies from Group C and Mexico may have the edge over Poland in Doha. The Mexicans have won their opening match in five of the last six World Cups and look stronger defensively than the Poles, who seem too reliant on the services of Barcelona's Robert Lewandowski.

France v Australia

France’s squad has been decimated by injuries in the build-up to the World Cup and although that may mean the reigning world champions are below their best, it may not take much to see of an Australian side that look significantly short on firepower to compete.
