Braga v Union Berlin

Both of these teams are flying high in their domestic leagues and Braga, who have scored 21 goals in six Primeira Liga matches, can see off surprise Bundesliga leaders Union Berlin.

Union lost their Europa League opener 1-0 at home to Union Saint-Gilloise while Braga beat Malmo 2-0 – one of five victories to nil in seven games for them this season.

Rennes v Fenerbahce

Rennes left it late to pinch a 2-1 win at AEK Larnaca on matchday one of the Europa League but they are a force to be reckoned with at home, as they proved with a 5-0 Ligue 1 rout of Auxerre at the weekend.

That was Rennes' 11th win in their last 13 home league matches and they should continue their fine form on their own patch against Fenerbahce, whose last away game was an ill-tempered 1-0 defeat at Konyaspor in the Super Lig.

Union Saint-Gilloise v Malmo

Union Saint-Gilloise have won four of their five home games in all competitions, including a 2-0 victory over Rangers in Champions League qualifying, and they should prove too strong for visitors Malmo.

The Belgians upset Union Berlin in Germany on matchday one and can boost their qualification chances with a home win over a limited Malmo outfit.

Silkeborg v West Ham

West Ham thrashed Viborg 6-1 on aggregate to reach the Conference League group stage and they should outclass another Danish side, Silkeborg, on Thursday.

The Hammers came from behind to beat FCSB 3-1 at the London Stadium on matchday one and they were impressive in recent Premier League clashes with Tottenham and Chelsea.
