Middlesbrough vs Preston

A run of three straight wins has moved Middlesbrough back into the Championship's automatic promotion places and they should have too much quality for Preston at the Riverside.

North End remain in the playoff places but they are showing signs of a decline, having lost three consecutive games to nil. League One Wigan dumped them out of the FA Cup before Derby and Hull were both triumphant at Deepdale.

Millwall vs Charlton

Millwall were no match for Championship leaders Coventry on Tuesday evening as they suffered a 2-1 defeat, but the Lions are fifth and can get their promotion aspirations back on track with a home victory over Charlton.

Alex Neil's side have lost only one of their last ten matches at The Den, winning seven of those fixtures, and the visiting Addicks are only four points clear of the drop having failed to win any of their last eight on the road.

Cardiff vs Stockport

Cardiff are showing few signs of slowing down in their pursuit of the League One title and the Bluebirds can claim three crucial points at home to fourth-placed Stockport.

Cardiff have reeled off eight straight home league wins while Stockport have proved less consistent, failing to score in back-to-back away matches at lowly Northampton and Reading.

Notts County vs Crewe

Just three points separate seventh-placed Notts County and Crewe in tenth in League Two, and home advantage could prove vital for the ambitious Magpies.

Notts County snapped a four-game winless run with last Saturday's battling 2-1 success away at Crawley and in Crewe they host a side who have won just four times in 12 attempts on their travels. The Railway men were beaten 2-0 at basement boys Newport in their last toad trip.

Football acca FAQs

What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an 'acca', is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.

Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.

What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
