Aston Villa vs Bournemouth

Aston Villa have turned a corner since the beginning of October but they were lethargic in last weekend's 2-0 loss at Liverpool and this is a quick turnaround for them after Thursday's win at home to Maccabi Tel Aviv in in the Europa League.

Only Burnley had registered a lower expected-goals (xG) figure than the Villans coming into this weekend while visitors Bournemouth, having lost only two of their opening ten league matches, do not lack creativity and firepower.

Brentford vs Newcastle

Newcastle have won six of their last eight matches but only one of those victories have come away from St James’ Park.

The Magpies were poor in last weekend's 3-1 loss at West Ham and they may struggle to land a blow on Brentford, who have beaten Aston Villa, Manchester United and Liverpool at home this season while also holding London rivals Chelsea to a 2-2 draw.

Crystal Palace vs Brighton

Crystal Palace completed a league double over rivals Brighton last season and on the back of three straight wins they will be hopeful of claiming bragging rights again.

The Seagulls have an inconsistent profile and they have already lost on trips to Everton, Bournemouth and Manchester United in the Premier League this season, as well as being held to a 1-1 draw at Wolves.

Nottingham Forest vs Leeds

This looks a must-win for Nottingham Forest, who are five points adrift of safety, but they can claim the maximum points they crave at home to Leeds.

The Tricky Trees have shown signs of improvement under Sean Dyche, highlighted by last weekend's 2-2 draw at home to Manchester United, while Leeds have lost to nil on four of their five away trips and look much happier at Elland Road.

Football acca FAQs

What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an 'acca', is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.

Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.

What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
