Bologna vs Lazio

Lazio have failed to score in three of their last four Serie A outings and they look up against it when they head to Bologna.

Just two points separate them from their hosts, but Bologna have won four of their last five in the league and should still be buzzing from beating Roma in the Europa League on Thursday, so take the home side to complete a quick capital double.

Aston Villa vs West Ham

Villa were talked about as Premier League title challengers a little while ago, but they need to reaffirm their top-four chances after successive losses to Wolves, Chelsea and Manchester United, and they face a tough game against rejuvenated West Ham.

The Hammers are still in relegation trouble, but their only defeat in their last six league games came at Liverpool and they are capable of getting something from their trip to Villa Park.

Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest

Tottenham are enduring a dismal season but there have been signs of life in the last week. A deserved 1-1 draw at Liverpool and an encouraging 3-2 win over Atletico Madrid on Wednesday have lifted the mood.

Spurs have won just two home league games this season, but they can get the better of drop rivals Nottingham Forest, who have won just one of their last 11 games inside 90 minutes and have had a day less to recover from their Europa League trip to Midtjylland.

Arsenal vs Manchester City

Nine points separate Arsenal and Manchester City in the Premier League title race, but we could be in for a tight EFL Cup final at Wembley.

Only one of the Gunners' last five games have featured more than two goals and they have conceded more than once in just one of their last 13 outings, so don't expect the first final of the season to be a goal-filled encounter.

Football acca FAQs

What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an 'acca', is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.

Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.

What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
