Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

Manchester City claimed an impressive Champions League victory at Real Madrid this week and Sunday's hosts Crystal Palace won 3-0 at Shelbourne in a slightly lower-profile Conference League fixture.

Palace have a speedy turnaround after their Thursday-night trip to Ireland and they could be vulnerable against title-chasing City at Selhurst Park.

The Eagles famously beat City 1-0 in last season's FA Cup final but they lost the last league meeting 5-2 and key wing-back Daniel Munoz is sidelined after knee surgery.

Nottingham Forest vs Tottenham

Four of Tottenham's six league wins this season have come away from home and they earned a dramatic 2-2 draw at Newcastle in their most recent road fixture.

Since then, Spurs have beaten Brentford 2-0 and Slavia Prague 3-0 at home and they can complete their first hat-trick of victories under Thomas Frank against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Forest had a Europa League trip to Utrecht on Thursday and they remain inconsistent in the league, winning 3-0 at Liverpool before losing 2-0 at home to Brighton and 3-0 at Everton last weekend.

Sunderland vs Newcastle

Sunderland and Newcastle look set for an entertaining derby at the Stadium of Light and the north-east rivals could prove hard to separate.

Newcastle are clear favourites with bookmakers but they have won only one of their seven away games in the league while Sunderland are unbeaten on their own patch.

Two of the Magpies' last three matches ended 2-2 and six of the Black Cats' last 14 matches ended in draws.

West Ham vs Aston Villa

Aston Villa are on the charge in the Premier League and the Europa League and Thursday's 2-1 victory at Basel stretched their winning streak to eight matches in all competitions.

Villa's last six wins, including last weekend's 2-1 home victory against leaders Arsenal, were all by a one-goal margin but they look worthy favourites at West Ham.

While Villa have the winning habit, the Hammers conceded a frustrating late equaliser at Brighton last weekend and have lost five of their seven home matches this term.

Football acca FAQs

What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an 'acca', is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.

Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.

What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
