Match preview

The Suffolk town of Sudbury is in the grip of FA Cup fever after their local team were paired with nearby Colchester in the first round, but their run looks set to end on Friday.

Just 15 miles separate the two teams but the four divisions of football looks a lot bigger gap than that and even though AFC Sudbury beat National League South leaders Dartford in the last round, it could be a chasm they cannot negotiate.

They have got through five rounds to reach this stage, but while Colchester have lost their last two away games in League Two to Tranmere and Port Vale, they should have too much, especially after going six road matches without defeat before that.

Hayden Mullins' team should be focused from early on and can extinguish Sudbury's dreams before half-time.
